Not at all. Every part of this fellowship is designed to build real, employer-approved experience. You’ll solve actual problems, earn credible credentials, and walk away with work you can proudly share.

Students must be nominated by their local University Chapter to receive access. If you weren’t nominated but want to join, you can apply by joining our national waitlist—we review applications regularly.

You’ll have access to mentors, peers, and our national support team. From onboarding to final presentation, we’ll guide you through every step.

The tuition for the Honors Fellowship—including all materials, support, and credentialing is $299. We also believe no student should miss out because of cost, so we offer flexible payment plans.

You’ll earn a nationally recognized credential, complete a real project, and (if you choose) present it at our National Symposium. You’ll also gain resume-ready materials and a powerful network.

Absolutely. Admissions committees value experience, innovation, and initiative—and this program gives you all three. Fellows use their project work and credentials to stand out in personal statements and interviews.

Yes! While our training is tailored for relevance, students from healthcare, education, law, engineering, and emerging technologies, more have all found success in the program.
