Is NIC a legitimate and accredited organization?

Yes. NIC (formerly CGHS) is a recognized educational initiative that partners with universities, employers, and learning institutions to deliver real-world, future-ready training. Our Executive Certification in Innovation & AI is accredited and credit-bearing. Fellows also receive verified certificates, transcripts, and micro-credentials backed by academic and industry standards.

What happens after I enroll?

Once you complete your enrollment, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to NIC Connect, your certificate program materials, and important dates. You’ll also get an invitation to the NIC Orientation and any upcoming chapter events. If you joined the Honors Fellowship, you’ll be assigned to a project team and a mentor.

What’s the difference between Annual Membership and the Honors Fellowship?

The Annual Membership gives you access to the NIC community, the Executive Certification in Innovation & AI, and digital badges. The Honors Fellowship includes all of that plus personalized coaching, team-based innovation challenges, internship opportunities, a digital portfolio, and presentations at national summits.

Is there a refund policy if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 100% refund within the first 14 days after enrollment—no questions asked. We want you to feel confident and excited about your decision to join NIC.

Do I need to complete the program all at once?

No. NIC is built with flexibility in mind. Most Fellows complete their Executive Certification and project work in 8–12 weeks, but you can move at your own pace. Your membership lasts a full year, so you have time to engage fully without pressure.
