By accessing or participating in the National Innovation Council (“NIC”, “we”, “our”) website, programs, and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Eligibility
Participation in NIC programs requires nomination by a university chapter or acceptance via the national waitlist. Participants must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution or recently graduated (within 12 months). NIC reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline participation if criteria are not met.

2. Program Fees & Refunds
Program fees are listed clearly at the time of enrollment. All fees are non-refundable once program materials or onboarding access has been provided. We are committed to accessibility and offer financial support to eligible students—details available upon request.

3. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to uphold academic integrity, treat peers and mentors respectfully, and represent the NIC community with professionalism. NIC reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property
All NIC program materials, including training modules, frameworks, and branding, are the intellectual property of NIC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Project work completed by Fellows may be featured in NIC marketing or events with appropriate credit.

5. Privacy
We collect personal information solely to provide services, track progress, and communicate program updates. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent. View our full Privacy Policy.

6. Program Changes
NIC reserves the right to modify program structure, pricing, or availability at any time. Enrolled Fellows will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their experience or credential status.
